Daniel Ferguson is a Co-Founder of Ezrach Brain Trust Association. Daniel has over 10 years of workforce development experience in assisting at-risk and unemployed youth and young adults. Daniel currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development for the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI). Prior to LACI, he served as the Director of Technical Support and Training and several other workforce development roles at Job Corps for six years.

In his last Senior Management role at Job Corps he had oversight of KPIs, training, compliance and performance metrics for nine career placement contracts. During his tenure, he  was ranked #1 in the nation for contract performance. He is also Minister at Christ Temple Church; and Adjunct Professor for the School of Business Management at National University. He holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from American Jewish University (formerly known as the University of Judaism) .

He is an LA native and resides in Leimert Park with his wife and two children. His experience growing up in South Central LA and seeing the disparity of people in the community ignited a flame under him to establish Ezrach. Throughout the years, he has developed an affinity for clean technology and enjoys assisting underrepresented communities realize their full potential and with securing good-paying green jobs through economic development initiatives.
